Health is the new wealth heading into the New Year, especially in the US.<\/p>\n

A recent survey by Statista indicated that Americans are focused on getting healthier and saving money in 2023.<\/p>\n

The Statista Global Consumer Survey reports more than half of Americans plan to eat healthier and exercise more in 2023.<\/p>\n

Exercising more, eating healthier, and losing weight were the top three most common New Year\u2019s Resolutions among American respondents. Saving money (39 percent) and spending more time with family and friends (37 percent) were also among the top resolutions for 2023.<\/p>\n
